This sweet guy showed up at my house a few days ago. Last night I had to bring him inside. It was cold and really windy. Upon further inspection it turns out this cat is visually impaired! I certainly don't have the heart to put him back outside, because it's obvious that he stuck around for a reason. He knew there were people here to pet him and we have food on the back porch. If he can't see the world clearly, and if he's someone's indoor cat, why would he want to wander off from something like that?
Friday morning I'll be taking him to the local vet clinic to see if they can identify who he belongs to.
