Sore Throat

I'm on day three of having a sore throat and nothing has helped thus far. Gargling with combinations of vinegar, water, salt, and pepper; water and salt, water, salt, and honey; water, mouthwash, and salt. Nothing. I've drank a lot of cranberry juice, had throat lozenge after lozenge, tried warm drinks and cold drinks, took ibuprofen and a nasal decongestant, Vicks Vapor Rub, etc. Nothing has tremendously helped so far.

So, to anyone that actually reads my blog, what do you do for a sore throat?
